Wesleyan and Sentara Pursue Nursing Program
VWU pursuing a joint Bachelor of Science in Nursing with Sentara College of Health Sciences

小奶猫直播 is pursuing the addition of a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) to its academic program. The BSN could be offered as a joint degree with and would involve coursework at both institutions.
The signing of an agreement to formalize the intent of both institutions is expected shortly, followed by an in-depth application process with Virginia Wesleyan’s accrediting body, the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC).
Virginia Wesleyan currently offers several preparatory programs for the medical field, including pre-professional tracks in pre-nursing/allied health, medicine, dentistry, veterinary medicine, art therapy and counseling. VWU also has an articulation agreement with Sentara College of Health Sciences whereby students may be guaranteed admission to Sentara's Master’s Entry to Nursing Practice (MENP) program, and a Joint Program in Medicine and an Early Assurance Program with Eastern Virginia Medical School.
The University's undergraduate degrees include a Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Science, and Bachelor of Social Work with 36 majors, 30 minors, and 12 pre-professional tracks. Graduate degrees include a Master of Business Administration and Master of Arts in Education.
